Jennifer Wallace is the head of policy at Carnegie UK Trust. Jennifer leads the policy team. She joined the Trust in 2011 with more than ten years experience in research and policy development. Previous roles in both the public and voluntary sector included research and advocacy on education, local government and housing. Her work has led directly to positive change in legislation, policy and practice. Jennifer holds the degrees of MA (Hons) in Social Policy from the University of Edinburgh and MPhil in Social Science Research from the University of Glasgow. She is a Trustee of Evaluation Support Scotland and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
